Phase 1: Day 1-14 - Pre Health Screening & Gut Reset

Your journey begins with a Pre Health Screening to assess your current condition. From there, we introduce the Gut Reset Program, focusing on restoring balance in your digestive system – the foundation of your overall health.

Phase 2: Day 15-60 - Weight Management & Post Screening

After your gut is rebalanced, we focus on Weight Management and lifestyle changes. During this phase, we also perform a Post Health Screening to track improvements and adjust the program as needed.

Phase 3: 6-12 Months - Further Management

Wellness doesn’t stop after two months. We continue to support you with Further Management – this could include personalized nutrition plans, physical activity routines, mental wellness support, and regular follow-ups to ensure sustainable, long-term health.
